We are Hiring

Since 2009 Creating Comfort has been providing Bay Area families with full-service move management assistance. We specialize in serving our senior community with personalized moving and organizing solutions to help clients and their families facilitate the physical and emotional aspects of senior relocations to retirement, assisted living or memory care communities.


Our team provides space planning, sorting, downsizing, packing, mover supervision, unpacking, organizing & resettling into their new home with compassion and empathy. 


We are seeking exceptional & dynamic team members for projects from San Francisco to San Jose. Join a company with a passion for helping seniors where empathy, compassion and customer service is a priority and each project is unique! 


Our projects can be physically demanding and many occur under tight deadlines. Many of our clients have emotional and challenging situations. Candidates need to be mature, adaptable and compassionate with the ability to take direction and change priorities quickly. We work in a fun, fast-paced environment and need reliable, punctual associates to help us. This is an active job with bending, standing, kneeling and reaching. Associates may be required to use a three-step stool and lift items up to 20 lbs.


We offer flexible scheduling, Monday through Friday and promote from within. Creating Comfort offers unique, fulfilling and fast-paced positions that make a huge difference with our senior population. All of our work is on a part-time, as-needed basis, depending on our workload and the location of our moves (Monday through Friday). Pay is hourly plus travel and is dependent on experience.


COVID-19 - Masks, gloves, sanitizer, disinfectants & thermometers are provided as needed or requested. Occasionally, protocols while working with clients or in retirement communities can also include recording temperatures, testing & possible tracing; as required.


Qualifications:

Detail oriented

Organized

Proficient in English

Reliable transportation

Previous experience a plus

Criminal background check required
